The Petzl Vertex Best helmet is an excellent choice for tactical rescue helmets, meeting all EN 397 optional, mountaineering and industrial standards. With a retractable headband for storage, a height and single headband adjustment wheel, webbing suspension system, four headlamp clips, side slots for mounting hearing and eye protection and polycarbonate shell, it is a sure fit for just about every rescue. Chinstrap designed to reduce the risk of the helmet coming off as a result of an impact during a fall: it has a breaking strength greater than 50daN (EN 12492 mountaineering helmet standard)
