Petzl STOP Descender

The perfect "get down fast" mechanical descender on a single rope. The self-braking system adds extra security.

* The STOP can be installed on the rope without disconnecting it from the harness.
* Self-braking system brakes as soon as the handle is released.
* Control the speed of descent by varying the grip on the free end of the rope.
* Rope ascending is possible without changing the position of the STOP by adding a footloop and a handled rope clamp / grab.
